Dynamit

Modern Taste Experiences in Malaga

Natural wine, fine dining and Swedish fika.

May 2023
Ambitious cocktails, modern natural-wine bars, and traditional Swedish baked goods – restaurateurs Devrim Varhos and Dilan Leijon guide you to Malaga’s gems for true food and wine connoisseurs.

Devrim Varhos and Dilan Leijon have run the incredibly popular Dynamit restaurant in central Malaga since 2020. They got the idea for Dynamit during a trip to the city, when they noticed it was hard to find good food that was a bit different to the traditional Spanish and Andalusian cuisine. The result was Dynamit – a unique restaurant with a small menu of carefully selected, high-quality produce. The two restaurateurs share their top restaurant tips in and around Malaga with Scandinavian Traveler.
